Payment Methods for Group Practices<\/strong><\/p>\n

Payment methods and terms vary depending on the product, service being purchased and the contract entered into at the time of our travel offer and will be stated in each statement for each practice and according to the contract entered into for each group and client.<\/p>\n

Payment methods for private CLIENT practices

FLIGHTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Payment of the full amount using Credit Card<\/b>
    Visa, MasterCard and credit card sub-brands such as Visa Electron, Vpay are allowed. In the case of a prepaid card, make sure the full amount of the reservation is available to you or it will fail. A percentage of 3% will be charged for the credit card transaction calculated on the amount of the total to be transacted. <\/li>\n
  • Limitations on credit card type and surcharges for some low-cost airlines<\/b>
    Ryanair for example does not accept payment with American Express credit cards.
    Low-cost airlines may charge a surcharge for the type of credit card used. The amount will be indicated before completing the reservation. <\/li>\n
  • The credit or prepaid card used need not be in the traveler’s name.<\/li>\n
  • Tickets will be emailed to you after receiving the full agreed upon fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Our hotels are provided by various online sites and some of our own programming<\/b><\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

    • Rates quoted are for the entire stay<\/b>
      Rates include additional taxes and VAT with any currency exchange applied, unless otherwise indicated.<\/li>\n
    • Check the payment terms and conditions carefully in the details regarding the room and rates.<\/b>
      Some rates that are usually cheaper for a particular stay may carry restrictions and special conditions in terms of cancellation or refund.<\/li>\n
    • Request for credit card details, to guarantee the reservation.<\/b>
      The details of the card with which you make the reservation will be sent directly to the facility to then verify its validity.<\/li>\n
    • Request for prepayment by bank transfer or credit card
      <\/b>May occur for some non-refundable rates or special offers. A percentage of 3% will be charged for the credit card transaction calculated on the amount of the total to be transacted. <\/li>\n
    • Cancellation and no-show policies<\/b>
      They are mentioned on the information pages regarding the facility, during the reservation process and on the confirmation e-mail. No cancellations or changes are allowed for some rates. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        VACATION PACKAGES AND CRUISES:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Vacation Packages can be purchased with three different payment methods:<\/p>\n

        • Total payment by credit card<\/b>
          The full amount of the selected trip will be transacted. A percentage of 3% will be charged for the credit card transaction calculated on the amount of the total to be transacted. <\/li>\n
        • Advance payment by credit card<\/b>
          Freezes the price of the offer by transacting only \u20ac 300.00. By confirming this security, you are committing yourself to the purchase of the package and the amount will be immediately frozen.
          Upon our confirmation, you will be required to pay the balance of the remaining amount, which can be made either by bank transfer (within 21 days of departure), or by credit card (after providing us with a written authorization on the appropriate form that will be sent by us, in order to be able to use the credit card information). <\/li>\n
        • Payment by phone operator
          <\/b>You will be contacted by phone by one of our operators with whom you will agree on the method of payment (payment assisted by credit card or bank transfer). You will still be asked for the balance upon confirmation of your reservation. <\/li>\n
        • Some hotels may require additional local taxes to be paid locally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          <\/p>\n

          FLIGHT+HOTEL:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          • Vacation Packages in the Flight+Hotel section can only be purchased by paying the full amount by credit card MasterCard, Visa, at the time of booking or bank transfer if there is time between booking and departure always with a credit card guarantee. A percentage of 3% will be charged for the credit card transaction calculated on the amount of the total to be transacted. <\/li>\n
          • Some hotels may require additional local taxes to be paid locally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            <\/p>\n

            GENERALITY.<\/strong><\/p>\n

            <\/p>\n

            • Ace Tour Sm S.r.l. may be required to disclose your credit card information to the Supplier for the purpose of finalizing your reservation.<\/li>\n
            • Ace Tour Sm S.r.l. disclaims any responsibility for cash or checks sent through the mail.<\/li>\n
            • Before full payment is made, Ace Tour Sm S.r.l. is not obligated to issue any ticket, confirmation, voucher or other travel document.<\/li>\n
            • Ace Tour Sm S.r.l. reserves the right to charge you extra for commission fees incurred by Ace Tour Sm S.r.l. or the Supplier in connection with reservations made by credit card (approximately 3%)<\/li>\n
            • Ace Tour Sm S.r.l. reserves the right to charge you any costs arising from the failure to complete the payment made by credit card. In the event that payment is made by third party credit cards, Ace Tour Sm S.r.l. shall have the right to request appropriate written authorization from the cardholder. <\/li>\n
            • Should there be any problems with the payment of your reservation we will contact you within 48 hours (or within 24 hours should your trip start earlier). In this case Ace Tour Sm S.r.l. cannot be held responsible for any price increases or lack of availability. <\/li>\n
            • With regard to your credit card, failure to provide the correct billing information could result in cancellation of your reservation, cause delays in the issuance of tickets, and otherwise result in an increased fee. Therefore, please make sure that the billing address information matches the information on your statement. <\/li>\n
            • Failure to make payment on time shall result in the automatic termination of the brokerage contract pursuant to Article 1456 cc, subject to compensation for damages suffered by Ace Tour Sm S.r.l. <\/li>\n
