Tourist tax

Prices do not include tourist tax. It is up to each municipality to proceed with its application. In many municipalities in Italy it is already applied, such as Florence, Rome and Venice; further information on the measures applied can be provided at the time of booking. Payment of the tax is required upon arrival at the hotel, unless otherwise specified.

Group booking fee

For individual services not related to hotel reservations such as restaurant meals, transfers and excursions, guide and escort services there are reservation fees, the amount varies from Euro 30.00 to Euro 50.00 per group depending on the type of reservation.

How to book: you can make your reservations by phone and then by e-mail or fax. Confirmation will be sent to you immediately and will be considered finalized only upon written confirmation from ACE TOUR.

The Hotels and Types

We offer you a wide choice of carefully selected hotels that are highly competitive in value for money. The categories of the hotels are clearly specified next to each of them and are the official ones.

Prices

VAT is to be considered included both in Italy and abroad to the extent known at the time of bidding and publication. Any change in VAT, or any increase or addition of European or local taxes, will result in an automatic adjustment of the published and confirmed prices.

• Group prices include: VAT, continental breakfast unless otherwise specified, meals with tourist menus.
• Prices for individual clients include: VAT, breakfast buffet if specified.

Restaurants

Prices per person per meal are listed separately for adult and student groups and consist of tourist menus consisting of three courses, unless otherwise specified, excluding drinks.

Hotels

Group prices are net per person, per day. They are for a minimum of 20 participants. Additional fees may be charged for smaller groups. Student prices are applicable to elementary, junior high and high school children.

Bus

The coach fares shown are inclusive of current VAT. Any increase in oil prices could result in an increase in published prices. During peak season or for undated bookings, the rates shown, may be subject to change.

Guides

Rates quoted are inclusive of withholding tax. Unless otherwise stated: the duration of services is 3 hours for half-day and 7 hours for full-day.

We have included on the website some tours from our annual schedule, for all other destinations you can send a request and it will be quoted to you according to your needs.
